OutLook Express Will Not Send Email With Attachments

Running XP with SP2. For the last week, all outgoing Emails containing an attachment are not sent out and simply go into my outbox. Email without attachments work just fine! Any ideas. Recently installed StopZilla popup blocker. Also running Pop-Up Stopper and Norton Anti-Virus 2008. Any ideas?

Update on my problem with attachments using Outlook Express - It seems that after the E-mail with the attachment goes into my outbox, it does indeed get sent - in fact multiple copies are sent until the E-mail is deleted from the outbox. I recently upgraded to IE7 to see if this would correct the problem as Microsoft suggested but no such luck. Still waiting for ideas!

I have the same problem. I also installed IE 7, but the problem still exist. Someone any ideas??
