Talking Unknowingly Installed

I Hav Win Xp Sp2.in E: I Had Important Data.recently I Installed Ubuntu .i Had Created An Empty Drive For That.but Unknowingly Installed Ubuntu In E:,is There Any Way To Recover The Lost Data?

The only one I ever needed to use... Getdataback http://www.runtime.org/

I managed to rescue files from an NTFS volume that had been formatted and reinstalled with Fat32. Many corrupt files, but suprisingly good considering.

I wouldn't get my hopes to high though.
