Arrow Free Firewall Programs Better than XP Pro?

Hello,
I was just wondering if anyone new of a free firewall program that is
better than the one that comes with Windows XP Pro? Or should I just
keep the one that came with Windows XP Pro.

Iv'e used Sygate for 3 years and had no problems, it monitors outgoin as well as incoming http://www.softpedia.com/get/Securit...all-Free.shtml

i am using Comodo Firewall pro.its freely available and its good too.i hav no problem .visit comodo.com and dwlnoad it.

Tiny Personal Firewall, Sygate, Kerio, Outpost, Zone Alarm, Comodo. Any of those would be better. Search for them, all free, or at least there are recent versions that are free. (Can't keep up with everything.)

If you don't want to be bothered with complicated configuration, TPF is great, or Outpost in "Allow Most" Mode. Good luck.

The only true free full soft out of those is Comodo.
The others are either trials that stop working, or cut down skeletons of the real thing.

Outpost in "allow most" mode is pointless. This mode is only for specific purposes.
