Paintshop Pro 9 Plugin Problem

Plugin downloads have worked in the past, but recently had a major hard drive melt down. All is now restored, but I cannot seem to be able to use any plugins downloaded. I have followed all the previous procedures to no avail. Any ideas? I use Windows XP

Make sure you tell PSP which folder to look in for the plugins that aren't installed by default. It will be in Options or Settings.
