I need help-Local Disk doesn't open

when i try to open one of my disks ( C & D ) it opens a "open with" window asking me to chose program to open with

may be u might be affected by a virus.. even if u have cleared it the damage might have taken plz......the thing u have to do is to use run command and type d: or c: .also try usin tuneup 07 which might pemanently solve ur problem by removing errors.
