pop-ups

Hi. This has probably been asked before but i dunno where to find it. Could anyone please tell me how to block pop-ups? I installed windows xp sp2 home edition, added Ad Aware, Avast, AVG and i still keep getting pop-ups. I dunno what else to try

oh i found the problem...it was the sponsor from msgpluslive *rolls eyes* i uninstalled the sponsor and now its fine
