Winddows Blinds not working

i recently got windows blinds 6 trial version. After i installed it and i tried to install the inbuilt themes it just restored my themes to windows classic one.

first i thought there was some problem in the skins so downloaded a new skin but the problem remains. i haven't patched any file for 3rd party themes.

I run windows xp sp2 with 256 mb ram and p4 3 ghz processor.
