how to merge contacts from quickbooks to outlook

hey i was wondering if anyone could help me move my business contacts from quickbooks to outlook 07 its over 500 contacts and i would like to b able to divide them up into diffrent groups maybe 3 4 or 5 groups does anyone have any info
