Transfering Flash Video to .mpeg

Hello, I am wondering if anyone knows of a free program that I could download that would allow me to transfer Flash video files ".flv" to ".mpeg" files or Flash to ".wmv" files. I want to use Flash video files in Windows Movie Maker.

I am running Windows XP. Thanks.

The process is called "converting", not transferring. I don't know of any free free flash converters though, but if you 'google' for "flash video to mpeg converter" (without quotes) you will get any number of hits to look at. I've got better things to do than searching on Google for other people when they can do it themselves, but here's a couple for starters:

Download this cool piece of freeware and enjoy. This application is not only useful for Desktops, laptops but also for PDA's, handhelds and smartphones.

I use a free program called "Pazera FLV to AVI Converter" (which can convert FLV files to AVIs or MPEGs), to convert music video files I've downloaded from Youtube.

It's very easy to use, doesn't install (just run the .exe file), and is very quick too.
