Problem With Wow Error 132 Keeps Coming Up

I have a friend that is having a problem running his WOW(WORLD OF WARCRAFT) game. He keeps getting an error 132 up on his screen and has reported it to the blizzard techs and no response from them. can anyone help us fix this problem?

Apparently the problem is well documented. Basically, it's a ram problem with this particular game. Or ism it just the game itself?

Thanxs for getting back to me. We have fixed the problem and game is working fine now.
