Help! Software Recommendation?

Hi people,

I'm looking for a good software that can enable me to generate thumbnails for the photos from my harddisk (C:/ and desktop etc). After clicking the thumbnails, it should be able to generate the full image. However, I would like it to be able to generate a certain "link" for me where I can upload to my ftp server.

I do not wish to use those web photo album online where I need to sign up and people who wish to view my photos have to log on to the site. Is there any software the can "upload" the photos on a certain index.html that i can further upload on the ftp server that my domain is running on?

And it's fine if I need to purchase the software, as long as it is good and can last me a long time. Plus I need something that's user friendly so that I can pass on to my colleagues next time when they use this software to upload photos!

I'm really not good with these technical stuffs, so please help me!!
