Lotus Organizer multiple scheduler

Lotus Organizer automatically includes a daily work scheduler, adjustable by hours, half-hours etc, but only for one individual. I need a scheduler which provides for multiple staff (for instance 6 personal trainers) on an hour-by-hour booking system. Does anyone know of such a thing for Organizer, please?
