Confused with my music files

Hi -

I like to keep my music organised through Itunes, when i burn over my audio CDs it copys them into one directory path. When i download my music albums it copys them into a different directory path.

How is it best to organise my music - do i copy the downloaded music into the path where my audio CDs are copied too or should it work fine the way it is?
