My mother has been having numerous problems with connection to this web portal. Can someone help to trouble shoot why she cannot connect or what steps she should take to correct the problem. After she installs the CD it says complete but her eternet says unplugged and the lights are not showing up on the DLS box. Hopefully I am making sense. Please help.

Has she called the ISP? her username and password would need to be entered.
