If you cannot remove the shredder icon from your desktop
Please follow these simple instruction -- it took me 45 minutes to talk my dad through it on the phone -- but it should take you about 10 minutes.
Go to PC CONFIDENTIAL at:
http://www.pc-confidential.com/clear...FQFvGgodC3PunQ
install PC confidential on your computer as it is the missing component that allows you to remove the shredder program.
once installed go to control panel and uninstall the PC confidential software if the program shows up.
If it doesnt then download revo uninstaller at:
http://www.revouninstaller.com/
once installed run it and find the pc confidential icon and uninstall with revo.
this should remove that pesty little shredder icon.
Hope it take you only 10 minutes.
