Flash CS3 or CS4?

I've asked a lot of people, and some have had one opinion, and others have thought otherwise. Should I get Flash pro CS3 or CS4? i cant decide which one to get, and some people said that CS4 isnt worth the money, but others said they like it. I want to get the discount for $248, and ive found sites selling both of them for 248$ each, so which should i get?

Just another "opinion" if your going to fork over the cash for one get cs4 it is the latest version and will have better support and more features you will wish a thousand times you had if you go with cs3. Most people get comfortable with software and fear change for several reasons.
Once your used to working with something you depend on and learn it's quirks its hard to take the risk of learning it all over again.
Another reason is compatibility, if you have a older machine, newer software does more and eats up more computer resources.
To be honest if you are willing to pay 250 for the program if more ram or hard drive space is needed hardware upgrades are big bang for the buck these days.
