Unhappy no audio device is connected????

i need help if anyone can... the model # of my sound card is Avance Logic ALS4000. And all today my sound hasn't worked... even before i put in the sound card. i need help because i can't install the " Multimedia Audio Controller " with the yellow ! beside it plz help. on my integrated montherboard sound card, i get the same error.

There is a driver for Avance Logic ALS4000 card below, if your going to use the card it will help to reboot the PC, enter the system bios and disabling the onboard audio device so that you do not have any conflict.

to rerun

the driver didn't work (broken link) but i got my sound card to work. there's one problem tho. my headset plays REALLY soft even with the volume all the way, and my speakers, only the right speaker plays anything. please help
