Hard drive recovery help needed

My computer was running extremely slow one day so i decided to nuke my hardrive. i got a hold of another hard drive and put all my Pics/Videos/Music other stuff on. I put all these files on a slave, nuked my master.

I reinstalled xp and everything got my cp to work like new again, but i dont know how to get all my files back from my slave

Can anyone help?

if you can see your files on the slave try sending them to my docs on master,dont drag n drop them,right click on them and choose send to.if you cant see them on the slave the only thing i can think of is to get an external drive kit to usb like this one

shop arround for it though,i find them very good for getting data etc off a drive,good luck.

sorry,i forgot to ask,are you sure the jumper on the slave is in the slave position,if it is and you still cant see whats on the drive you can try putting the slave jumper in the cable select position.
