ok, first, do you have an antivirus program? If so run it, and if not get one, I like Avast and Kaspersky. If the scans come up clean, then what are your computer temps? Speedfan is good utility for that. Please let me know what you find out, and if you would give your complete system specs that would help out a lot. It may be neither of those problems, those are just common, but I don't have enough information to hazard another guess. Thanks
