Angry Internet Explorer

I have IE 6.0 and for some reasion, my home page is set to http://home.whazit.com, and it will not let me change it. And when i try to go to web pages it will load that webpage, but then it will go back to http://home.whazit.com and i cant figure a way to make it stop.

I deleted 6.0 and went down to an older version, and it didnt do it. But i had to go back to a higher verson from what i had because i couldnt use Quickbooks.

Can someone help me out... PLZZZZZZ!!!!! im so confused. Thanks!

Talking Internet Explorer

that's done in the registry,, what Operating system are you running ?
go to start / Run and type in REGEDIT and press enter

then go to
HKEY_CURRENT_USER/SOFTWARE/MICROSOFT/INTERNET EXPLORER/MAIN and you will find the "start page " change it there or you could do a search in the registry and replace the unwanted URL with the one you would like to replace it with

[be very care full when editing the registry]

cheers
