Unfinished Program Installation

I was installing Photoshop CS3 Extended, during installation I was creating a backup for a restore point. Then when I restarted my comp. it just so happen to tell me that I have to restore my comp. from a restore point, so I did. Now Photoshop CS3 Extended in installed incompletely. Whenever I try to re-install or uninstall it, the setup window won't even pop up. Plsss..... HELP ME.(I know this was very NOOB and DUMB so I don't want to hear it from anyone)
