Internet Explorer is accessing the wrong folder for Favorites

I'm not sure if this is the right thread for it (if not, feel free to move it), but Software Tips and Tricks has given me good help in the past, and I hope they can do it again.

I recently transfered my files to a new laptop, then deleted them all thinking I wouldn't need them again, and planning on selling the old laptop. But, there was a defect in the new computer's monitor, so I had to transfer all the files back and ship the new computer back for repairs. But somehow in the file transfer something happened. Though I have all my Favorites in C:\Users\Kevin\Favorites, Internet Explorer is trying to access favorites from F:\mine\Favorites. That's my Travel Drive. And when I take my travel drive out, my Favorites toolbar is blank, and it won't allow any new Favorites to be added.

So, how do I change the Internet Explorer Favorites access directory from F:\mine\Favorites back to C:\Users\Kevin\Favorites where it's supposed to go?
