Which software should I use?

Aight so I'm in a manufacturing company and I've got hundreds of products to organise. Which software should I use to help me save information such as model number, cost, supplier name, and product jpg photo in an organised manner? It also needs to be viewable on a smartphone.

Suggestions much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
