Norton 360 Problem: Phishing protection won't turn on after an update

Hello everyone! I just updated my pc via windows update. apparently, this affected my norton 360 since it won't turn the phishing protection on. even though I tried fixing it by fixing issues. it still won't turn on. what should I do?

if you are using norton 360 1.0 or 2.0 standard or premier edition you can upgrade it to Norton 360 3.0 standard or premier edition which is the latest one .. the link to install standard edition is www.norton.com/n360s_3 and for premier edition is www.norton.com/n360p_3
