Talking Copying Quattro Pro Formulas Down Rows

Hi,
I use QP12 in Windows XP.
When I'm summing up rows, how can I copy a formula in QP down several rows?
I hate having to do each row individually and want to be able to do something like highlighting the entire column, click on an icon and have each row automatically give a total in their "Total" column.
It works in WordPerfect 12 that way.
I'm working on our church books and need it mainly for tallying rows in the "Income" and "Expenses" sheets.
TIA,
Charlie
