Sound driver problem

Hello there, I have a big problem ( big 4 me) and I want to know if someone here can help me. At work I have an IBM NetVista type 8305-21G computer with a soundmax driver. The problem is that the sound is not working at all and I want to know if there is any realtek driver to install in order to solve the sound problem. I searched the net for drivers but I didn't found any good drivers 4 my computer. Got an ideea?
