Excel Spreadsheet help

Hi, I basically want to create a quiz in Excel.

column A would have the question and column B will have the answer.

Basically i want the answer to be hidden, and only appear/or turn green when they type in the correct answer.

Does anyone know how to do this?

Then, if you could tell me how to secure it so no one can cheat, that would be great
