Installation Problem

Hi everybody,
I am not a computor boffin. I run Windows XP Home edition on my PC. I bought Bibleglo program but are unable to install, although my PC complies to all the requirements. Directy after the .net framework verification windows continue button was selected, I get a popup window stating " GliApplnstall encountere a problem and need to close". Can somebody please help me? Hi, try to install the windoes installer 4.5 http://www.microsoft.com/downloadS/d...displaylang=en

Then run your program.
