Windows Messenger video conversation size

I have Windows Messenger v4.0 on WinXP Pro. When using the video conversation "start camera" function the window with the opposite persons video is of thumbnail size and I am unable to increase it. Does anyone know how?

If not does upgrading the version to 4.6, 4.7 or even 5.0 address this issue. Otherwise do I have to use MSN Messenger and if so what versions, if any work?

At the moment I have to use Eyeball Chat so I can increase the viewing size which is not ideal. I prefer having fewer programs on my PC so any extra downloading that can be avoided would be ideal.

Upgrade your Windows Messenger to the very latest version.

If that doesn't cure your problem try MSN Messenger latest version.
