Cool How to enable scandisk after a bad shut down on windows 7?

I have installed Windows 7 Ultimate on a hard drive of 110 Gb.
Sometimes we have power loss on my home so the computer turns off.
I know that this damage the disk drive so I want to do a scandisc to improve
my drive (for a longer life).
The problem is that I don't know how to enable an automated scandisc after
a bad shut down on Windows 7.I tried to google it but I finded nothing for Windows 7.I tried to search in the Bios of my computer but there's nothing.
Can you help me to solve this problem?Thankyou.

There is no way to automate that that I know of. If you think your drive may be having problem, you must start chkdsk manually either via the command prompt, or through disk properties, "Error Checking".
