audio mash-up

Having audio problems on computer. Using spybot and Avast anti virus. Problem is like 8 different radio commercials all playing at once.even when not on internet. Any suggestions.

I know it sounds like an obvious fix, but have you tried restarting?

Yes, I have. One solution is working so far. I've uninstalled my windows essential program. So far, so good. Thanks for your help
