Talking Is there any audio normalizer utility for Windows 7?

I have Windows 7 and BS Player Pro on my computer. When I hear different
tracks of music the sound changes to low or high depending by the source where I downloaded. Also some videos have a low level of sound.
I want to know if there's a audio normalizer utility for windows 7.I have searched on BS Player Options but there's nothing.
Can anyone help me with such an utility?Thankyou.
