Installing Word

We re-arranged our computers around at work and the new secretarys computer already had a low MS Word version on it. I installed our Professional Office 2000 onto this computer and the MS Word does not seem to have all the features of the Pro Word on it. For example now when I type in Word and try to insert bullets, I only have a few options where as before I could insert 'ticks' as bullets. Do I need to do a custom install?

We have gone backwards in the Word features. Please help.

By Default Office 2000 installs with express options. You need to reinstall it with custom install options where you choose to run the software fully from your computer.
