Question Outlook Express Auto Reply - 'Reply To' Problems

Okay.. trying to set up an auto-responder in outlook express.

i've set up a mail form on my website which sends me an email.

i've set up outlook express to detect if it receives that form then send an auto-responder to the sender. This bit works fine, HOWEVER it seems to not use the REPLY TO address in the form mail.

The form is sent from the website so it has no real sender (say form@mydomain.com) - however i've set it up so that the Email address that is entered becomes the REPLY TO address.

I was just wondering if you knew anything about why it might do that? And/Or how to make it stop or how to get around it.

Thanks.

details

1) Person goes on the website and fills in a form
2) From comes to nathan from form@cobaltcow.com but with a REPLY TO address of whatever they typed in ie. bob@yourdomain.com
3) Outlook Express picks up a rule (specified account + subject line) and sends a REPLY to the person who filled out the form.

4) currently the Auto-reply is going back to form@cobaltcow.com and not to the REPLY TO address bob@yourdomain.com

----------------

I need Outlook Express to pic up the REPLY TO email address and not the SENDERS email address. most of the time they're the same from just normail email accounts.

if I REPLY manually to the email the REPLY TO address shows up - just not if OE does it for me

Is there no option to set up the "REPLY TO" address when you set up that rule ?

the only option is a function..

WHEN an incoming email comes from a specified address AND the subject = "|*|*|Registration|*|*|"

THEN

"REPLY WITH MESSAGE" and you select a HTML or EML file.

you only have a list to pick from - so there's no settings as such.
