ePo Agents

Hi all,

Im having problems with the mcafee epo agents. On some machines they are just disappearing the bottom right hand corner of the screen. Therefore machines are not being updated. When i reinstall the agent it does nothing.

How do i completely remove the agent from the machines eg, what registry keys do i need to delete

I cant delete from ePolicy Orchestrator 3 also

I haven't played around with ePO yet but I would assume it would work the same as Symantec EE,, where an Administrator need to deploy the agent from the server and only Administartor can remove the agent from the server side is that how it works ? did you try to remove the account from the server ?

You can delete the agent from the server side however it will not reinstall it. Its getting really annoying as it is becoming more frequent
