use a program like adaware to remove spyware, this will show you if he has, you will have tons of cookies like sextracker.

also to get rid of most of the stored links from this kind of thing, right click the internet explorer, select properties, click delete files, check offline content then click ok. may want to delete cookies if you have the option, could tell you more if you listed the version of windows you have,98,ME,2000, or XP. also might want to look into some tracks eraser, or evidence eliminator program, if you think this is a real problem.

What evidence do you have of porn viewing? Viewing history and cookies will give you a good indication of what is happening(unless they are savvy enough to delete them). There are many evesdropping programs out there, but spying is not nice either. If it is your computer and you are uncomfortable with someone else using it, simply lock them out.

I know a perfect software for that purpose,, it's called 007 SPY,, it sounds really crazy,, but I have used it and still do, it works great, it can take snap shot of your screen every so many second and also it records all the key stroke and well as I will log all the application activity too,, best part about it is that it can runs in stealth mode, that mean user does not know about it and even if they do they can't get right of it cleanly unless they know the magic password set by the Administrator...

Here is the link to the 007 web site:

cheers

You can just check the browser history by clicking on the "HISTORY" button, and you will see what sites he has visited (unless he cleared it).

Also, if you're running a firewall program such as Norton, you can look in there and see every site that has been visited.
