Question How do you capture Media Player Screen and Audio..?

I would like to Capture my Windows Media Player Window and Audio, So i can create Video Files with the Visualizations.

Like i have some Jean Michel Jarre Music Oxygene and it goes great with Battery/Randomization plugin in Media Player 9.

But when i use Windows Media Encoder
1st. It don't capture the Audio thats playing,
and 2nd. the video is very very chopy, even if i create my own profile for like 4-MBPS.

So is there any other software out there that i can do this with.

I think my PC should be powerful enough for this as i have 1.5 gig DDR and a AMD 3000XP and 64 mb All in wonder Radeon.

Any help would be appreciated thanx
