Scheduling meetings

Hello,

We are finally switching over and using Outlook to
schedule meetings. Our secretaries will be able to
schedule meetings for us. If a secretary schedules a
meeting on my behalf, the meeting entry automatically gets
put into my calendar. I was wondering if there was a way
to receive a notification that the meeting was scheduled.
Otherwise, they could schedule meetings on my behalf and I
might not ever know it.

Thanks.
Dan

Send a message via MSN to snowmonkey
they call the meeting request. Usually when someone want to have a meeting they will send a meeting request out (some one else could do it on your behalf too if they have the permission) then you will get notification through you Outlook with a popup message saying you have so many minutes let before the meeting.

cheers

Our secretary can schedule the meeting on my behalf without any problem. Here's what happens. Jane, our secretary, schedules a meeting, on my behalf, for me and John. John gets the meeting request in his Inbox, but the meeting time is automatically put into my calendar and I never see the request. So if she doesn't tell me about it I'll never know when it is. That could be a problem.

Any thoughts?

Send a message via Yahoo to LooseChippings
Get Jane to schedule the meetings for herself then you and John will both be notified.
