Super DVD

I am using Super DVD Ripper and every time I got to rip a movie I get the message..Decoder not ready...choose DVD or VOB first...Any suggestions on what I can do....Thanks

Which OS are you using?

What is your hardware spec?

How much free HDD Space have you got?

Are you using a full version or trial copy of the software?

I have the full version and am using windows XP. I have 120GB hard drive with plenty of free space. I am trying to convert from DVD to CD which I had been doing, but for some reason now when I get to the end I get the message.
