PLEASE HELP!! Macromedia Fireworks !

Hello!

i've been having problems with macromedia fireworks

i'm trying to import an animation gif in a web page i'm creating but its fucking up because they use frames and so do the buttons on the page that i'm impotrting to.
what am i doing wrong?

what do i need to know?
is it a problem with layers?
