How to use PHP in the IIS 5.1 in XP... i cannot install it

How to edit the php.ini?

Why u can't install it?
All u have to do is to download the latest php version from here and launch it.
U don't have to edit the php.ini file, cause php configures IIS automatically. But if u have to, you can do it with Notepad.
