NIS firewall and IE (object not found....)

G'day all.

Just installed Norton Internet Security on a 98 SE machine after a rebuild. The firewall is restricting IE (tried both 5.5 and 6 versions) from loading some pages correctly. Errors (on the web pages) vary from:
* Object not found
* Object can be found here
* Error 302
* and Page can be found here (where 'here' is a link)

It only seems to happen with redirecting and/or asp pages.

I've tried the following:
* Contacted tech support and confirmed all IE/DUN settings correct
* Contacted Symantec who came up with configuration suggestions that didn't work
* Installed latest SP's.
* Installed latest updates/patches.
* Uninstalled/reinstalled NIS

Does anyone understand the errors? Any ideas?
