Looking for Definitions

Hey, i'm new to these forums..so Hello. I'm looking for what certain software's actually are. So if any of you feel like typing a short sentence to explain the meaning of each, then please...do so

This is the list i need

3ds Max
Poser
Cinema 4D
Lightwave
Gmax/Games
Shockwave 3D
Softimage / XSI
Maya
Kaydara
2D Art

There's no real reason behind it as of yet, just a little research that could come in handy in the future.

So, anyone out there know enough about these (doesn't have to be all) to type a little something about them? telling me what they're used for and so forth.

If you want you could be really helpful and just e-mail me with your words, By clicking here

Hey,
Ta for the excellent feedback, but... Funny enough, i do know of Google , and have been using it, which is why the list of software that i need defining isn't that large. But it is taking a long time to read up, on what certain softwares do, plus the words have to sound "experienced" so to speak, so i really just need someone experienced with these certain softwares to type up a few words about them.

And i can understand why you wouldnt want to click that link... i mean opening Outlook Express could do some serious damage to your machine .
