Looking for a software which can...

I'd like to set up a database for my readers of my newsletter.
It should include the reader's profile, including contact info, email addresses, etc., and the feedback to the questions I ask him/her, from time to time.
The software could also send/receive their emails.

Does anyone here know such software?

If you are using Windows; MS Outlook will cover all that you need.

Don't know about Mac or Linux.
