Convert Word document into (html) Help file

At the moment I have prepared a manual (in MS Word) and I want to convert it to a Help file (so is possible in MS Office programs when you consult HELP)

so I am looking for a programm (for free) that is able to convert a Word document easy into a (HTML) Help file.

Who can help me?
