Giving Various Shapes to JPEG,BMP files

Hello All,

Could someone please tell me of an utility/program which can be used on JPEG/BMP/TIFF etc. images and give temporary various shapes to it like stretching,shortening,widening etc. for fun,keeping the original image intact.
