Question Logitech Quickcam Pro 4000

I have set up each of my 4 children (and myself) with Logitech Quickcam Pro 4000 Webcams, and we are using MSN Messenger 6.1 to communicate. The video is pretty good, but we are unable to get any audio going. Any help or suggestions anyone can give me would really be appreciated.
