EMail problem..strange

When I attempt to send an Email I get a message. Microsoft Picture it Publishing."The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-Rom or other removable disk that is not available" Followed by another message Error 1706 No valid source could be founf for product Microsoft Picture it Publishing, The Windows installer cannot continue. How can I eliminate this..it doesn't prevent sending Email, only annoyning..Thanks.

Insert the MS publishing CD into your computer and reinstall the Publisher but this time use a custom install and chose a option that would install everything on to your hard drive rather then some component (default option)
