Can anyone tell me how to make an autostart.ini file for my CD-RW.

It's not "autostart.ini". The file is called "autorun.inf".

Example:

[autorun]
OPEN=setup.exe
ICON=IE.ICO

Open: will open exe, doc or whatever
ICON: for displaying custom icon for you application
