View Attachment sent on printed file copy

I need to be able to see that the attachments I have sent are visible when I print the message. Presently, I can see attachment sent in my "sent" folder but not for my file copy.

Any ideas?

What Operating system ?
What email application ?
Is your email kept on the server or localy ?
and Please take your time and explain it better,, we all want to help but we have to understand your situation first

We operate on Windows XP and use Outlook 2002
